1.  Is the Native American artwork authentic?

Sometimes. Each product or product category will indicate whether or not it is authentic and what tribe(s) the product originates from.

2.  How is the product shipped ?

The product(s) is shipped via United Parcel Service;therefore we need a PHYSICAL STREET address. We do not ship to post office boxes.

3.  Is there a minimum order? 

Yes - $50

6.  How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will arrive within 10 to 14 business days; however you may include $10.00 in addition to postage to receive it 2nd day.

7.  What type of payment(s) do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal.

8.  Do I pay taxes on the order?

Yes, if your order is sent to Arizona you will pay 8% on the item price; you do not pay taxes on shipping cost(s).

9.  What happens if my selection is out of stock?

You will be notified as to when the item is expected to ship and you will choose the option of waiting for the shipment, substituting or cancelling your order.

10.  Can my order be shipped COD?

No. 

11.What is your return policy? Who pays the postage for returns?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Please call us at 480 588-1365 to alert us that you are returning the item and if advise us whether you want a replacement  (in case of damage); substitute (if you would rather have another product); a refund if you want to cancel the order.  If the product(s) was damaged in shipping, WE pay the replacement shipping; otherwise, YOU are responsible for the shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Accidents do happen.  Your order will be handled with the utmost care to insure a safe delivery; however, in the rare event there is a problem, we handle all claims promptly and our item will be re-shipped immediately, or the product cost refunded if the product is unavailable. 

12.  How long will it take for me to receive my refund if I return the product and cancel the order?

Your refund will appear on your next credit card statement provided we have the return 10 days prior to the billing cycle of your credit card.

13.  What is your privacy policy?

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically does not recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address.  We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
