The baskets were made with traditional methods by Papago Indian artists of Arizona and are in excess of 25 years old; includes the original identification card which is displayed in the photos.

Papago Indians traditionally make the baskets from Yucca splits, pealed WIllow branches, and devil's claw. This set includes a tray basket, a nice Olla basket with a lid and a large bowl basket. These three baskets are hand-coiled, hand-woven from natural materials and are in excellent condition.

These baskets comes from an old rancher who had ranches in New Mexico and Kansas by the name of Miller. He has traveled around the southwest and has an amazing collection.
