Make a strong, unique statement with this Native American Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Sterling Silver Concho Belt!

This belt features 12 Sterling Silver conchos of a classic and popular southwestern design. The Sterling Silver conchos give off an incredible antique gleam. The buckle was hand-stamped with traditional fine-line southwestern designs. Most importantly, each concho of the buckle features a ring of 26 genuine Sleeping Beauty Turquoise nuggets around the edge. This is truly the Tiffany of Turquoise with its natural sky blue colors! This belt was made in the tradition of the "First Phase" belts of times past.

"First Phase" indicates the original technique of hammering out the metal of the belt, punching holes in it and putting leather through it. Dress yourself in style! There are only going to be 10 of these made, and the individual design and great quality will ensure these will go fast. Place your order now and we'll get it to you as soon as possible.

The Sleeping Beauty mine is located near Globe, Arizona. Its turquoise is noted for its solid, light blue color with no matrix. Sleeping Beauty turquoise is the favorite of the Zuni Pueblo silversmiths for use in petite point, needlepoint, and inlay jewelry. This mine is one of the largest in North America and is still operating.
