Make this Blue Diamonds Native American Hand-Made Brain-Tanned Deer Hide Knife Sheath by Janice "Osalita" Signed yours! Native Americans use this technique of tanning to make leather soft and supple. In addition, this tanning method offers a nice smoked smell. Beneath is a stiff cowhide insert to hold the knife in place. The Blue Diamonds Navajo-style sheath features extras: cones and large beads hanging from the strap. The sheath features white, turquoise, maroon and black beads stitched in the Blue Diamonds pattern. The back of the sheath has a belt loop.

The importance of knowing a product is hand-crafted Indian art and that the artist is a Native American tribal member is immeasurable. To that end, we include a CERTIFICATE of AUTHENTICITY.
