We ship  via United Parcel or United States Post Office, depending on the cheapest rate.  Because United Parcel will not deliver to a post office box,  a street address is necessary on all orders.  We ship in the United States, U. S. Territories and Canada.

Your order will arrive within 10 to 14 business days; however you may include $12.00 in addition to postage to receive it 3rd day.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal. We do not ship C.O.D.

Please call us at 480 588-1365 to alert us that you are returning the item and to advise us whether you want a replacement  (in case of damage); substitute (if you would rather have another product); a refund if you want to cancel the order.  If the product(s) was damaged in shipping, WE pay the replacement shipping; otherwise, YOU are responsible for the shipping.
